I'm through understanding that you've tried finding a lot of jobs in Canada, but the matter of fact is not that easy because there're a lot of well-educated immigrants who apparently come to Canada every year. Therefore most of the companies here need to consider legal immigrants as first prioritiy.
It basically doesn't mean you're not eligible to apply it, but when they see your address in a resume, sometimes they don't even bother picking up. In the other hands if you have an absolutely outstanding resume such as 10 years experience, well awarded from the company etc. They might hire you. According about the process, If some companies would be going to hire you, they practically have to send an inquiry to HRSDC and then HRSDC must normally provide a positive labour market opinion of your job offer. After HRSDC confirms that a foreign worker may fill the job, you apply to CIC for your work permit.
I would strongly suggest you find a job in Singapore instead of Canada. You might have more chance to get a job, though.
what did u mean by "พยายามมาหลายเดือนในเน็ตยังไม่ได้งาน". Like the #5 comment said. It's not easy to get a job and u have to have a good degree or experience + the company needs to sponsor you which is not easy to get ... even though it's possible to do it. i wonder why would you want to work there? instead of that, y don't u think of other jobs or other places that u have more chances to get a job?
