Enroll in this free service and make your payment online, anytime. It will post the same business day, if request is received by 1 p.m. ET. You can also make up to 4 payments in a billing cycle, but only 1 payment per business day. Payment amounts must be $20 minimum and cannot exceed your current balance. Click-to-Pay is a convenient, secure way to stay in control of your Citi® card bill.
NOTE: If you're using this service for the first time or have a new bank account, we may impose limitations on the number of payments accepted and the dollar amount of each payment.
How To Make an Online Payment with the Click-to-Pay Program
By enrolling, you authorize your bank to make electronic payments from your checking or savings account to Citibank. Remember, the payments will not happen automatically. It works like this:
Each month before your due date, go to Pay Now from the Make A Payment menu and submit your online payment.
If we receive your request to make a Click-to-Pay payment by 1 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on a bank business day, your payment will post to your credit card account that business day. If we receive your request to make a payment after 1 p.m., your payment will post on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
Once you've finished the payment process, you'll be able to see a list of your recent Click-to-Pay transactions from Make a Payment in the menu under Online Payment History.*
*Note: The current balance shown on your account is not updated instantly and may not include the amount of your latest Click-to-Pay payment. The Current Balance will reflect your payment after the system's daily update of credits, debits and payments.

Step 1: Review the Terms and Conditions.
Step 2: Complete the online Enrollment form.
Step 3: We will check to see if you have written a check to this card account with this bank account in the last 6 months. Cardmembers with established payment records for this bank account will be authorized to make a Click-to-Pay payment right away. If our system is unable to validate your bank account immediately, it will take 6 business days to verify your bank information and process your enrollment.
